DECORATIVE THIN FILM INTUMESCENT COATING FOR SOLID TIMBER
Intumescent paint for bare or previously painted timber and timber derivative surfaces where surface spread of flame or fire propagation need to be controlled.
INTUMESCENT FIRE PROTECTION
When exposed to a fire it expands to create a fire protective barrier, insulating the timber surfaces from heat and oxygen.
Silverhill Contracting Ltd not only have expertise in spraying & painting structural steelwork, but we also have considerable experience with fire protecting, not only new wood but old existing timber, caravan park decking, painted timber & Grade 2 listed wood - giving either 1 hour fire protection, or Class 0 & 1 spread of flame.
TIMBER FIRE PAINT OR FIRE VARNISH SUITABLE FOR:
- Fire Painting Softwoods, Hardwoods, MDF, Chipboard, Melamine faced sheet, Bamboo, Particle Boards, Plywood.

FIRE CERTIFICATION
